William C. Doran

William C. Doran joined Atlas and Hudon in 1982. Bill counsels individuals and small businesses in the areas of business formation, organization and operation; wills, probate, estate planning and settlement; and real estate transactions. He is a long time resident of West Hartford, Connecticut.

Bill was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1972 and to the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, in 1973.

He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B., 1967) and Yale University Law School (J.D., 1972).
