William C. Doran

William C. Doran joined Atlas and Hudon in 1982. Bill counsels individuals and small businesses in the areas of business formation, organization and operation, wills, probate, estate planning and settlement, and real estate transactions. He is a long time resident of West Hartford, Connecticut.

Bill was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1972 and to the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, in 1973.

He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B., 1967) and Yale University Law School (J.D., 1972).
