About

After graduation from law school, Paul served as a staff attorney and Assistant Clerk of the Hartford Probate Court for six years prior to entering private practice. He was a founding partner of Atlas and Hudon. LLP where he practiced until its merger with Capalbo Hourihan, LLC. Paul's practice areas include estate planning, estate settlement, real estate, trusts, and probate litigation.

Paul is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association; the Hartford County Bar Association; and the Hartford Estate and Business Planning Council. Previously he served as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and as a member of the Connecticut Probate Court Rules Advisory Committee. He is a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.

Peer-rated AV* by Martindale Hubbell, he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for trusts and estates and in Connecticut Super Lawyers for estate planning and probate since 2007.

A graduate of the University of Rochester (B.A., 1967) and the University of Connecticut Law School (J.D., 1970), Paul was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1970 and U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1971.
